Scullion LAW, a 2021 Legal 500 UK listed law firm, has appointed senior associate Nicola Buchanan from BLM.
Nicola worked for 17 years at Turnbull McCarron, attending court daily. She then moved to BLM Solicitors for seven years before moving to Scullion LAW. She has been practising exclusively in the field of family law since 2005.
Nicola specialises in divorce, financial provision, cohabitation, contact /residence disputes and relocation cases as well as the preparation and negotiation of Minutes of Agreements. She has particular experience in complex financial provision cases and in highly acrimonious contact and residence disputes.
She is an accredited mediator, a fully trained collaborative lawyer and is a committee member of Consensus Scotland and a member of the Family Law Association.
