Design agency MadeBrave inks Magenta office park tie-up

MadeBrave, led by founding director Andrew Dobbie, has inked the deal with Clyde Gateway and Highbridge Properties, which last month said the Magenta project – spanning 1.2 million square feet of office space set on 27 acres of land next to the River Clyde and M74 motorway – could bring thousands of jobs to Glasgow.
Dobbie said that MadeBrave, which last year made the move to the Albus building in Glasgow’s Bridgeton, was “excited to be working with Clyde Gateway and Highbridge in bringing even more people to the area and to continue the impressive growth it’s seen in recent times”.

Hide AdAdrian Hill, director of Highbridge Properties, said: “When we met MadeBrave it was immediately obvious they shared our vision for the future of Clyde Gateway, which makes them the perfect creative partner for our Magenta project.”
Magenta is understood to be the largest office development with planning consent in Scotland. Developers estimate that it could bring at least 12,000 jobs to the area when fully occupied.
Urban regeneration outfit Clyde Gateway has invested some £20 million to ensure the site is development-ready. It is expected that, as well as office space, Magenta will support a number of shops, cafes, a gym and business centre
