Mouchel in talks with banks on debt
ROAD maintenance and engineering group Mouchel yesterday said it was in talks with its banks over expected breaches of its covenants following a profits warning last week.
Grant Rumbles was also named as chief executive following the resignation of Richard Cuthbert after the company said accounting errors would hit this year’s profits.
