Second phase of West Lothian development unveiled
Scottish-owned independent housebuilder Dundas Estates has unveiled the latest part of its Uphall Station development near Livingston, which includes four and five-bedroom family properties, as well as three-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes.
Heather Birrell, sales manager with the Livingston-based firm, said the development has seen more than £16 million in sales to date, adding that it was “a milestone development for us”.

Hide AdShe said that it was really starting to take shape. “All industry reports are showing a growing demand for space, gardens, genuine access to countryside and room for home offices,” she said. “Our homes at Uphall Station allow buyers to tick all those boxes.”
The development consists of 266 homes and launched from two Eileen Kesson-designed show homes in spring 2018. Facilities include Smeg appliances in the kitchens, and customised Porcelanosa tiling.
