Coronavirus in Scotland: Nicola Sturgeon tweets as France and Ireland prepare for fresh lockdowns
Scots have been urged to follow public health advice by First Minister Nicola Sturgeon, as countries in Europe announce fresh lockdowns.
Last night, the French Government put Paris and the surrounding region on “maximum alert level” in preparation for fresh “circuit breaker” restrictions.
The exact rules to be imposed on the area will be detailed later today and are set to last for 15 days.
