Edinburgh butcher launches Scottish Sausage Week
SCOTTISH SAUSAGE WEEK was today launched at Crombies, the award winning Edinburgh butchers.
Crombies, which is situated in the city’s Broughton Street, have introduced a new flavour of sausages for the occasion.
Sage and onion is the new option for customers.
In the past sweet chilli dragon and piggy black sausages have been introduced to mark the beginning of Scottish Sausage Week.
