Abuse survivors support group to launch

A SUPPORT service for child abuse victims from ethnic minority backgrounds is being launched tomorrow at City Chambers.

The Ethnic Survivors Forum (ESF), which is aimed at adults, will raise awareness about sexual abuse in minority communities as well as aiding survivors and promoting access to support services.

The service will also be launched in Glasgow and Dundee. ESF will operate initially for one year and comprises three partners - Roshni: Minority Ethnic Communities Support, Dundee International Women's Centre and Beyond the Veil Group.
