Edinburgh’s Holyrood Palace walls vandalised
THE boundary walls of Holyrood Palace were found daubbed in graffiti today as heritage workers struggled to conceal the defaced stone surface.
Historic Scotland workers were instructed by police to conceal the vandalised walls, where the words “Salmond the traitor” and “Nostardamus” (sic) were emblazoned in bright yellow spraypaint. The incident is believed to have taken place in broad daylight.
