Man arrested over £100,000 Highlands cannabis haul
A MAN has been arrested in the Highlands after police seized cannabis worth £100,000.
The 46-year-old was held in connection with the recovery in the Ullapool area yesterday.
He is expected to appear at Tain Sheriff Court today.
A police statement said: “Police Scotland rely on information from the public and would ask that anyone with details in respect of drug-dealing or drugs issues in their area, or in relation to serious and organised crime, contact Police Scotland on 101, or speak to any officer.
“Information can also be passed anonymously via the charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
