Healthier without meat

There is a wealth of research linking red meat to various forms of cancer so the "news" that eating red meat is associated with breast cancer is hardly surprising (Health, 4 April)

What is surprising is that some people still think you need to eat meat to stay healthy. Any qualified nutritionist will assure you that a balanced diet without meat is far healthier than a diet which includes meat.
