Booze from the buggy on Donald Trump's Scottish golf course

Bosses at Donald Trumps’ Turnberry course have won the right to allow golfers to have a drink from a buggy while they play.
The tycoon, who has set his sights on becoming the Republican President of America, has won the right to sell beer on the course.

Hide AdCouncillors on South Ayrshire Licensing Board approved the resort’s plans, which will also include allowing the clubhouse and lighthouse to open later.
The decision means the buggy can sell beer from 10am until 10pm at the latest.
Councillors however refused to allow the hotel and outside areas to be licensed until 2am, which meant the resort would sell alcohol for over 16 hours a day.
