Workers 'scared' to ask boss for advice
MOST people would rather seek help elsewhere than turn to their managers when they need guidance at work, according to a report today.
Many are too scared of looking incompetent or are reluctant to bother their boss, while one in four said they did not trust their judgment, a study of 2,000 adults showed.
