Paris attacks: Police Scotland note rise in hate crimes
POLICE Scotland said on Sunday night that it had investigated instances of crime motivated by religious hatred since the events in Paris on Friday.
The force said the crimes have been committed both online and in public and that arrests have been made in connection with the offences.
Police Scotland said that the force “will not tolerate any form of Hate Crime” and urged everyone across the country to “continue working together to ensure that no one feels threatened or marginalised.”
