Allan McGregor agrees £4m switch to West Brom
The former Rangers player is currently with Besiktas, and was denied the chance to go to England on loan during the last transfer window with West Brom, Fulham and Wigan all said to be interested.
Besiktas boss Samet Aybaba blocked McGregor from leaving the club until the end of the season, as the Turks are chasing a Champions League place.

Hide AdTurkish media are reporting that the deal has been finalised and McGregor will leave at the end of the current season after just 12 months with Besiktas.
The stopper cost the club nothing when he signed after leaving Rangers, and has made 18 appearances this season.
McGregor kept a clean sheet in Gordon Strachan’s first match as Scotland manager, as a Charlie Mulgrew goal was enough to give the Scots a 1-0 win over Estonia.
