Hamilton’s Ross Ingles notched a try, three conversions and three penalties to pick up an individual haul of 20 points.
Hillhead-Jordanhill grabbed a crucial home win, beating Watsonians 30-27, a result which sees the Myreside outfit drop to fourth spot. Selkirk are a rung lower after going down 35-3 in the border derby at Kelso.
